Hi, I'm Jade Warren — physiotherapist, clinical director, and founder of Total Body Physio.

I've been practising physiotherapy for over 26 years, and I started Total Body Physio in 2000 with a straightforward goal: to give people in Auckland access to genuinely great physio care. Not cookie-cutter treatment, not a production line — real, hands-on, personalised care from people who actually love what they do.

What started as one clinic has grown into four locations across Auckland — Titirangi, Pakuranga, Flat Bush, and Panmure — with a team I'm incredibly proud of. Every physio who works with us has been chosen not just for their qualifications, but for the kind of person they are. Skilled, caring, and committed to getting you better.

Over 25 years, we've treated thousands of patients across Auckland — from weekend warriors and school athletes to people managing chronic pain and recovering from surgery. Whatever brings you through our door, you'll be seen by someone who listens, who gets hands on, and who will work hard to get you moving again.

What we do

We're hands-on physiotherapists. That's at the core of everything we do at Total Body Physio.

Every patient is different, and we believe your treatment should reflect that. We take the time to properly assess what's going on, explain what we find, and build a plan that makes sense for your life and your goals — not just a generic exercise sheet.

Our services include manual therapy, sports rehabilitation, acupuncture and dry needling, strength and conditioning, hydrotherapy (at our Pakuranga and Panmure clinics), and post-surgical rehabilitation. We're ACC-accredited across all locations, and we're also Southern Cross affiliated providers.
