We've been part of the Flat Bush and Botany community since 2006, and a lot has changed since then — including our clinic. We're now in a purpose-built space behind Ormiston Hospital, and it was designed with our patients in mind.
The treatment rooms have a distinctive look — curved plywood walls that give the space a warm, human feel rather than a clinical one. It sounds like a small thing, but our patients notice it. Combined with our on-site gym for rehab work, it makes for a genuinely welcoming environment to do the work of getting better.
We're open Monday to Saturday, 10am–6pm. Easy to reach, with good parking.
The team here is small but excellent — and we mean that. Isabella and Ibrahim are both dedicated, skilled physiotherapists who bring real care and expertise to every patient they see. They're hands-on, thorough, and genuinely passionate about helping people recover and move well.

Our physiotherapists are highly qualified and possess extensive experience, ensuring you receive top-notch care. Despite their expertise, we have managed to maintain affordable prices over the years to ensure our services are accessible to everyone. We understand that cost can be a barrier for some, and we don't want anyone to miss out on receiving the help they need. If cost is a concern, please let us know, as we are here to assist you.
Our initial consultations typically last between 45 minutes and 1 hour. During this time, your therapist will ask you all the relevant questions related to your issue. Your physiotherapist will then utilize assessment measures and specialised testing to accurately diagnose your problem. Once the issue has been identified, your treatment options will be explained. We have an extensive network of specialists, and we can refer you for X-rays and ultrasounds to gain a deeper understanding of your condition.
At Total Body Physio, we are proud to be ACC Health providers and Southern Cross affiliated providers. If you are a Southern Cross member, you may not need to pay anything for your treatment. This partnership helps make our exceptional services even more accessible to those in need.
